Terms and Conditions

 

1.  No dog(s) will walk off the lead unless expressly requested by the owner(s) and appropriate section signed on the Registration Form.

2.  All dogs staying with us must be up to date with vaccinations and treatments and bring thier vaccination cards as proof.

3.  Dogs showing aggressove tendancies towards people, dogs or other animals and this behaviour become uncontrollable will be placed in a boarding kennel at the owner's expense with a £20 transfer charge. 

4.  We do not take un-neutered male dogs.

5.  We have the right to refuse any dogs showing signs of illness, infection or injury upon arrival (not previously discussed).

6.  It is agreed that decisions with regards to the dog's health and on the advice of a qualified veterinar surgeon will be made by The Labrador Hotel.  A point of contact can be advised on the registration form in any such event who can make the necessary decision.

7.  If a dog becomes ill whilst staying at The Labrador Hotel, you the owner or point of contact will be informed.  If no one can be reached the dog will be taken to a vet immediately and any treatment will be under your name and address and charged to you and paid upon your return.  By signing these Terms and Conditions you agree to paying any vets fees.

8.  Sadly there are occasions when dogs can pass away and if this should happen you will be contacted immediately to discuss your wishes.

9.  All cancellations of a booking must be made, in the case of Day Care, 48 hours in advance and The Labrador Hotel 5 days in advance.

10. Bookings for The Labrador Hotel will only be confirmed after a 50% deposit has been received which will be deducted from the final boarding cost.  If we are not advised of cancellation 5 days in advance, your deposit will not be refunded.

11. If for any reason The Labrador Hotel has to cancel your booking you will be given at least 14 days notice (except in extreme circumstances) and your deposit returned to you.
